Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are generally final.
  • Exceptional refunds may be granted if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course within 15 days of purchase.

Access

  • Course access is granted to the purchasing account only; sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • If a technical issue prevents access, we will assist you until it’s resolved.
